Mapping it out
This project was initially briefed in as a simple redo of another asset but after a quick concepting session with a writer we decided to pitch creating something new, themed around IKEA.
I used IKEA’s signature colours with ServiceNow’s bold and friendly fonts to create a happy marriage. I then drew out a rough floor plan based on the style of their iconic in-store maps. A continuous thread leads the user through the document from the cover to the conclusion, with key points outlined along the way within different rooms.
All of this helps to convey a sense of harmony and understanding between the two brands.
